Non-Profit Partnership Ecological Association Tengri is tour operator of ecological tourism in the Southern Urals.

The company was founded in 1993.

Main interests:

- Development of ecological tourism in the Southern Urals;

- Ecological education and enlightenment;

- Preservation of natural and cultural heritage;

- Adoption of new ecologically pure and resource-saving technologies.

Since the company was founded, it organizes child camps "Immersion into nature", based on educational programme "Ecology and children".

Since 1997, we have started to make our Collection of Tours in Nature, such as horseback riding, biking, rafting (on catamarans), hiking, combined and bus tours in summer, and horse-sleighing, skiing (cross-country and alpine skis), bus and snowmobile tours in winter.

Now we offer a wide range of active and adventure travel in the Southern Urals. All our tours have fixed starting dates, which means that the tour will be carried out despite any conditions.

Year after year we add new tours to our Collection, now we can offer you horseback riding tours in different places of the Southern Urals, and rafting down the rivers Belaya (Agidel), Nugush and Zilim. During our bus or snowmobile tours you can visit 3 nature reserves, 2 nature parks and 1 national park and travel along 11 regions of Bashkortostan.

We can also help our guests to book a hotel, organize a presentation, buy a ticket, arrange excursions around Ufa and the Urals, order a transfer, rent a cottage or a guest house in the Southern Urals.

We also hold Instructor and guides' training courses together with the branch of Ural State Academy of Physical Education in Ufa.

Ecological Association Tengri cooperates with Russian and foreign nonprofit organizations. Particularly Social Ecological Union International, AIDEnvironment (The Netherlands), University of Ulm (Germany) and others. Local projects of Ecological Association Tengri were supported by SDC-Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation of Federal Department of Foreign Affairs; United States Agency for International Development.

In summer we can simultaneously receive more than 250 people a day on our routes, using our own resources, such as Tengri tourist center which can accommodate 70 people (Kaga settlement, Beloretsk region of Bashkortostan); wooden huts during the routes; vehicle fleet (70 seats); horses of Bashkir stock for tourist purposes (total number-64). For summer season: BASK quality camping equipment, catamarans (120 seats), Wheller mountain bikes (German production, for a group of 20 people). For winter season: Polaris snowmobiles and complete outfit (for a group of 15 people), snowtubing track with a tow, skating-rink, Finnish cross-country skis, figure skates and hockey skates.
