In the end of 19th century on the territory of one of Evdokim Demidov’s factories (who was a grandson of the forefather of  "industrial empire”) in Kaga settlement a hospital for miners was built. Вогау German industrialists («Вогау & Ко»), who were well known in Russia, took the lead in building this hospital. After nationalization, up to 1980s the building was used as a schoolhouse.

This big wooden mansion consists of several houses and now it is reconstructed into a mountain tourist center Tengri.

The tourist center is situated between Ufa and Magnitigorsk cities, midmost the Ural Mountains. It is 60 km away from the town Beloretsk, and not far from one of the highest peaks of the Urals (Bolshoy Shatak mountain). 

Here you’ll find relaxing holiday in a spacious ancient wooden mansion. You can feel in the air the spirit of history and secrets of the past coming from centennial wooden walls and deep stone cellars.

You will be impressed by the size of the building, its spaciousness and good location.

         

The ceiling height of the mansion (4.5 meters) is used with good effect and now the rooms have two floors (two-storied). Local colour is preserved in the mansion.

Come to our tourist center to get a healthy sleep on modern soft mattresses on plank beds.

  

    

In the building you find electricity, telephone service, Internet access, table tennis, dry closet, stove heating. Water is taken from our own well from the depth of 100 meters.

Before the tour you can leave your things in the cloakroom, and documents and cash in the safe.

Every day at your service Russian banya (a bath house).

Anytime in the dining room you can have hot meals and a cup of scented tea with home-made jam.
