Short horseback riding and rafting tour!

Many pleasures in one combined tour! A short rafting tour on catamarans down the Belaya river will let you get a feel of all the amenities of water activities, tender and good-natured horses will help you to mount one of the highest peaks of the Southern Urals. You don’t have to be an experienced rider or raftsman, our instructors will teach you how to ride a horse and row. Adventure holiday in the Southern Urals is a splendid way to spend your vacations!

Programme of the combined horseback riding and rafting tour

"The Golden Urals":

Day 1	05.00-07.00 Local time: Meeting the group at Beloretsk railway station. Arriving at Kaga settlement. Accommodating in Tengri tourist center. Visiting the museum of Kaga settlement history and Nikolskaya church (monument of architecture). Lunch. Acquaintance with riding-horse harness. Safety briefing and instructions. Learning to ride a horse within a training circle. In the evening video, table tennis is available according to tourist’s choice. Banya.
Day 2	Setting off for the route. Horseback riding passage to Bolshoy Shatak mountain group (1271 m). Bash-Tau mountain range (25 km). Night stay in a campsite (sleeping in tents).
Day 3	Horseback riding passage to the upper reaches of the brook Kuhtur /monument of nature/, age-old larch trees /monument of nature/, to the old mine (19 km). Banya. Campsite on Belaya river.
Day 4	Beginning the rafting tour. Reaches and rapids of the Belaya river. Rafting on catamarans to the campsite on the mouth of Chernaya river.
Day 5	Continuing the rafting tour. Visiting the geological nature monument “Domennye vorota” (“blast furnace gates”). Arriving at Kaga settlement, Tengri tourist center. Banya. Celebratory dinner. Departure to Beloretsk railway station by 21.00. Local time.

Beginning of the tour: from 05.00 to 07.00 a.m., local time (Moscow time +2 hours, GMT +5), on arrival day at Beloretsk railway station. The group gathers by the bus with ‘ТЕНГРИ’ table. Transfer from Beloretsk railway station to the tourist center in Kaga settlement is organized precisely on arrival day.

Age of tourists: from 16 years.

Accommodating in Tengri tourist center in Kaga

The tourist center is located in an age-old mansion built in the end of the 18^th century by Russian owners of mines and metallurgical works. It is a large wooden house with two-storied rooms designed for accommodation of 8-15 persons; it also has a dining room. Every tourist is offered a sleeping place - orthopedic mattress with bedclothes. In the building you find stove heating, electricity and a dry closet. Public conveniences and Russian banya (bath-house) are in the yard. There is also a rest-room with TV and video equipment, table tennis, equipment renting centre on the territory of the center.

Accommodating during the horse riding and rafting trip: in campsites (tents for 3-4 persons).

Catering: in the tourist center in Kaga settlement: 3 meals a day, prepared by cooks.

En route: 3 meals a day or at option of the group, prepared on the campfire. Tourists take part in preparing food

Provided equipment: For group: tents, sleeping bags, mats, kitchen utensils, equipment for campfire; Special: catamarans (4 seat), live jacket (optionally), riding-horse harness.

Guides and instructors: Two guides-instructors accompany each group (up to 15 people).

Transportation of baggage is provided during the horse riding route.

The price includes: Catering services (3 meals a day), accommodation in the tourist center and campsites (equipped encampments); rent of equipment, horses; guides’ and instructors’ services, banya, transfer from Beloretsk to Kaga and from Kaga to Beloretsk; transport services during the route, celebratory dinner, insurance for 50000 rub.
